Can't really help much with deluxe hull speeds & mileage, but our early model full displacement hull (without the flared bottom at the stern) cruises at 6.5 knots with our 24 HP Yanmar running at 2,350 RPM, which is pretty close to calculated hull speed for a displacement hull with LWL of about 22 feet. Fuel burn rate at that speed is 0.4 to 0.5 GPH. Flared hull or not, with a Beta 25 you're likely to see similar numbers depending on prop size & pitch. Maybe a little faster & slightly higher fuel burn rate with a Beta 30. Albin upgraded the OEM engine to 36 HP Volvos in the Deluxe models, which would likely push top speed closer to 7 or 8 knots. So if you're looking at repowering you might consider a Beta 35 or 38 to take full advantage of speed potential. The closest A25 Deluxe owner to your location is Sunsetrider in Sharbot Lake, ON so you might want to check with him. His boat has a 36HP Volvo MD17C.
