Nissan LD28M parts

Rockauto.com just notified me that they have a supplier liquidating their supply of some parts for our engine. Their price for a glowplug is only about $5. with choice of Champion, NGK, or Beck-Arnley. I also recently purchased oil pan gaskets, timing belts, valve cover gaskets and front crank oil seals. -words to the wise- Ben

Just go to Rockauto.com. Their prices are extremely reasonable and very prompt service. Ben

The glow plugs normally sell for about $25 each, currently on sale for $4.52. The NGK part # is NGK 4573 or Y204RS. Just ask for parts for a 1983 Nissan Maxima diesel for timing belt, gaskets etc. Ben

Re exhaust manifold
Apparently replacement Nissan exhaust manifolds are hard to come by, and we passed on a boat because of it. However I did find a company willing to make one:
