Hi Group,
We just became owners of a 1999 Albin 28 TE. She has been in fresh water her whole life in Ohio and we plunked her right in the salty waters of Salem, MA!
If there are any local TE owners we would love to meet up and learn the secrets of this fine vessel.

Welcome Neal, sorry I have a different model, and live in a different part of the country. Am sure you will here from other 28 owners, they are all out on their boats right now enjoying a great holiday weekend. It's sure pretty down here on the Saint Johns River, especially on an Albin.

Are you slipped or on a mooring? I'd be happy to try and catch up sometime.
I ran a 28TE for 9 seasons, first out of Essex and then moving her bottom to Gloucester. I knew every inch of that vessel and have since moved to a single screw 31TE.
I as well as the rest of the board are happy to share our knowledge. Feel free to fire away in the TE forum and you will get response.
