28 TE with Cummins 380 5.9 QSB New Member.

Post by Revtech79 »

Hello All,
I just want to start out by saying thank you for making this a great forum. I have been a "lurker" for a few years now, trying to feel out what my next boat upgrade should be. This forum was definitely a great help in making my decision to go with an Albin.
This year I made my decision and closed on a 2005 28 with the Cummins 380 5.9 QSB. I have not been able to find much information regarding a 28 with this engine. I was originally looking for the Cummins 370, however the 380 seems like I great upgrade. The story behind her is that the original purchaser was friends with someone at Albin. I would love to hear if there are any other members out there with this setup. I've attached a few pictures of her.

Thanks again.
