Not many 31 TE's for sale as there were only about 135 of these hulls made. FYI: Albin started the first hull#'s with 101. I have a 2006 and it is hull #221 which means number 121 laid.
You may want to ping Makai as he briefly had his cherry condition 31TE in the the For Sale section .. might be for sale and might not, but worth a shot.
