Dockwa: The Top 40 Boating Destinations in America

Post by RobS »

Interesting article with good images. However, the Greenport image is not Greenport, it is West Neck, Shelter Island with North Haven (Sag Harbor) in the distance.

Luck is the residue of good design.

Old Saybrook makes the list and Essex doesn’t?!? Them’s fightin’ words! :x

But seriously, that’s a pretty nice list. I’ve been to a fair number of the NE ports. And heading to Block for the 4th!

I always knew I grew up in a premier , but short season boating area, Falmouth, woods hole, edgartown, Nantucket. Newport and block Island not too far.
