Looks a lot like the Isuzu 6BD1(QD150) on my boat-- there is a manual in the documents section of this forum

Thanks Jay, is your transmission 2.22 to 1? Also what boat and year do you have ? And what prop are you running on it ? Thanks for your help, I’m trying to figure for a new wheel, I’m only getting about 8/9 knot cruise on it, any info would be greatly appreciated. Here’s my boat

second vote for a 157hp
1989 Albin 27 FC w/ Isuzu 157 hp, Ford 6.0 Diesel, giant trailer
6th, and most favorite boat yet
Cruising: Columbia River Portland to Bar, San Juans, Gulf Islands,
Desolation Sound, Sunshine Coast, Broughton Islands

I have an LH 18 x 22 prop, my boat is an 1988 Family Cruiser don't have the transmission information quickly at hand

I generally run at 7 knots, any higher and I"m pulling a huge wake and just burning fuel. I have never seen the 10-12 knot speeds that some owners say they get, I've tried to get the boat over the "hump" but it just won't go, these are semidisplacement hulls after all.
