I am sad to announce that Capt. Max is no longer with us. On friday morning he passed after fighting cancer for only 5 short months. His services will be held today at Chappy's funeral home in east islip.

Very very sad. Max was truly a great guy, full of life and always fun to be around. Erika and I shared many laughs with Max & Margaret at the AOG events plus all the other times Max and I got together just to talk or do boat stuff. I'll miss his usual email next month that I would get every May --- "Rob, how the heck do you get through Moriches this year!" We'll be at Chappy's tonight.
