Boat Surveyor's in SF, CA

Anyone know a surveyor in San Francisco Bay Area that works for the buyer. I see too many so closely tied to broker's it scares me.

Use this guy Randell B. Sharpe he was thorough and reasonable. My boat broker friend used hm all the time when he worked up North.

I’ve used Brendan Schmidt phone (925) 934-5744 before. I wasn’t overly impressed having only needed a insurance value apppraisal, not a full hull survey but my marine insurance agent and KKMI boat yard was very impressed by him and said he’s the best on the bay.
