Congrats! You did do proper denaming (if there was a previous name) and re-christening/renaming ceremony I hope? That is "essential', ya know!

If not, there are many versions of how to do it & "prayers to Poseidon" to recite, this one rather lengthy than most, but hey, can't be too careful!

PS, West Marine sells a special christening "champagne" bottle pre-scored to break easy & contained in a mesh bag to keep glass shards from scattering & contains non-alcoholic, non toxic 'fake' champagne. Then you serve guest the real stuff.
