The boat does not show up anywhere on our forum other than your inquiry. Perhaps one of the far NE members will have heard of the boat. The only broker I know in Canada is Jack Pady over in Georgina Bay a considerable distance from you. He was in the Albin days a fine dealer. It sounds like the hull has some pretty serious issues. There are a couple 31's listed in the Albin forum
in know fine condition and fairly priced in my mind.
