OK All You Albin Fanatics: Part Numbers

Hi all, gearing up for the 2019 season. Does any one the part or description of the mid ship spring line cleat for a 2006 28 TE???? Additionally if I wanted to replace the one piece inlay that has the rod holders with grommets where could I find that part? Any help would be most appreciated.

Try Prime Industries - They provided rod holders for many years on the TE series boats:
