Here's a copy of my order, click to enlarge. There are a couple phone numbers on it. Maybe you can track down some new old stock. If no luck I would go the tape route first, adhesive sealant as last resort, as it's a bit less work than visa versa

Any thoughts on using neoprene or should i just stick with the Butyl tape,,

I have a leak similar to what RobS describes in the area of the port side panel, aft of the sliding pilothouse window. See his photo. Water seeps into the sides of the hole drilled for wiring to pass from the rear quarter berth area, up into the side panel of the pilothouse. The drilled hole goes through the bottom of the side panel, and the top of the side deck structure. So water can potentially seep aft between those two structures. The seeping water slides down the wiring and drips down onto the ceiling upholstered panel of the quarter berth. Has anyone found the actual origin of this type of leak? I have re-sealed, with 4200, the outside joint where the pilot house top sits on the deck structure. Still some leakage. My next suspects are the port side sliding window with its screws on the trim, and canvas snap holes drilled into the trim piece.

When I bought my boat there was a leak into the back corner of the quarter berth. After cleaning and replacing all the caulk in the pilothouse to deck joint the leak was gone. But while working on the boat during a rain shower this week I found that water was coming into the very top of the starboard side wall when I had the side panel behind the window off to run wire for an external VHF speaker through the chase above the window. I wasn’t able to find the source of the water unless it is coming in one of the screw holes where the radar arch is attached. I would also like other suggestions of where the water may be entering.
