Post by Boat head »

My wood trim is starting to look a little neglected. Can anyone suggest a suitable product that might match the factory original ,color product etc.
Thanks to all

Not sure if this is available in the States but does bring up old looking wood quite well.

My wife just used restore a finish and made a huge difference. She wasn't looking forward to trying to brush lacquer everything. I have no comment yet on how long it lasts but it did an amazing job.

I have a 98 and I use regular teak oil, including the wood trim in the cabin. Holds up rather well

I used varnish on the companionway trim. My best guess on the interior wood finish is Cetol Marine Light. That would be fine on the companionway as well.

I'm looking at re-doing my companionway and interior as well. Companionway I'm assuming just regular varnish will be fine. That is what appeared to be on there previously. Interior I will try Restore A Finish.
