Need Help! Fresh Water Pump Problem....

Post by DebNPete »

Noticeable pump pulsation increased to a very rapid pulsation. Shortly followed by no water delivery at any outlet. When removing discharge hose from pump, it popped off under air pressure. Appears to be a blockage in the rubber discharge hose. Ran ice maker tubing 9 feet into discharge hose. Water gushed out. Reconnected hose. Still air back pressure, all faucets were open. If anyone can shed some light on this problem we would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Check for a clogged inline filter. A usual issue with aluminum water tanks.
