Almost certainly overseas. Where specifically I don't know, perhaps someone else will chime in.

Again not certain. The US built boats would be gel coat, although an owner could always have it painted. I THINK the Asian built boats are also gel coat.

All 45 Command Bridges were built in Asia -- not sure if it was China or Taiwan. I remember seeing one or two at boat shows and they were not finished well. Even the Albin dealers at the show admitted they were coming in with multiple construction flaws that took a lot of time and money to correct.

I always thought the basic design was quite good -- an easily handled, reasonably fast express style boat with a huge interior. But I'm not sure how well the 45 Command Bridge ended up performing. I think there were only a handful made.

That is one boat that I'd love to see in person. Based on the very inovative 32+2 it looks to have way more cruising space than your average common layout SF. Heard about the QC problems. It was one of many unusual but very practical Albin designs. IMO one of Albins downfall was that they did think out of the box & build unique boats. Unfortunatley in N America everyone wants the same as everyone else. Look at cars. I swear all the designers get together cause they all come out looking pretty much the same.

I'm pretty sure it was built in China as was the NSC. Mr. Peters moved his operations from Taiwan to China to cut costs. My NSC has an excellent coat of paint on it....according to the detailer who waxed it down a month or so ago...he was very impressed...never worked on anything like it....super hard.
It's all about relaxation :)
