That 28 Albin with the yellow stripe looks like one that was for sale in Orange Beach Alabama about 10 years ago. As I recall it had a 3208 Cat engine.

Yes, CAT powered, but a straight 6, not the V8. The prior owners of "JONCAT" are great people, John & Mary, been at several NE rendezvous...
