I couldn't agree more! The green bottom fits the puzzle for FL and the black bottom on Makai fits New England. Both are great looking combinations.

Not to hijack on Makai, but ..
Gerber - I notice in your second picture the prominence of a lifting rail. Can you share anything about it's construction and if they have been found to be helpful? (click on the picture for an enlarged view)

I am not really sure of any change in performance with them because when i purchased the boat almost 3 years ago they were already in place. I know when lifting the boat you need to make sure you place a block on each side to prevent damage. They appear to be made of fiberglass and are screwed in about every 6 inches.

As far the the green bottom paint, I alternate from a dark to light color so i can tell when the ablative paint starts wear thin. I have had great luck the Petit Eco Hydro

Took her out today chasing Mahi in the Atlantic, not much luck but the boat ran great...

Nice. I bet she does run great with a pair of those engines. Must be a tad tight in the engine room though?

Access is great between the engines..of course. All filters were moved remote between the engines. Port engine hull side plenty of room, Starboard hull side a little less because of a transfer tank for the holding tank. Port access through bench seat good size opening, Starboard 4 screws to remove drawers then access as seen in picture.

One of the few times its good to be 5’ 8”...lol

Yeah, not too bad for maintenance access.
BTW, Easy to move that oil fill to one of the easier to get to rocker cover positions. The covers are all identical as to fit.
