Just now ordered new bolsters for my 28TE.
Total came to $507 for all 3, plus shipping $27.84 plus sales tax.
Ordered them textured in white over camel colors.
Only 23 mm thick, versus 95 mm for the original bolsters.

The bolsters were approximately $1000. You have your choice of materials and i chose the best because most of the cost is labor.

Thx Russ.
About what I expected, perhaps even more here in Fort Lauderdale, the land of Mega Yachts and Mega Prices.

Will send pics once I get my new bolsters delivered.
Any tricks to removing the old ones? (Have not started yet)

Need paint code for the 2001 28TE Vanilla color.
Started the window frame project today. Doing the inside frames in place, just sanding, scraping and spraying primer then paint.
It will probably be hard to match, but have to try.
Picture is white primer, 3-4 spray coats.
Either I spray white, or get a super good match on the vanilla paint.
Small area, about 18”, perhaps I find some BS sticker to cover up the work area.
Any ideas?
Or the paint code?

Installed new Bimini top today.
The aft flap rolls up for running, or stays down for shade at anchor.
Removing the poles and the top becomes a sun shade for storage between voyages, picture of that config in a day or two.
Also 2 fat bean bag chairs in the cockpit. Comfy..

Had to go for a test ride with new Bimini top last night.
Previous owner installed LED nav lights, bright even before the sun is down..

No.
Had to search around the internet quite a bit.
Found them at a place called “hard to find boat parts” or some such thing. The trick was to find 4” grommets with 4 screw holes.
Most 4” have 6 holes, the 2.75” grommets have 4 holes.
In this case the grommets I bought seem to be the original stuff for my 2001 Boat. All good.

Found a replacement stern navigation light on the internet: $22 rather than $45 at West Marine.
Same as the original Albin light which still works good, but the lens turned yellow in the sun.

Started looking for LED replacement bulbs on the internet.
Looks like Super Bright LEDs have what I need.
The small bulb from the cabin and head overhead lights, the 2 big bulbs from the pilot house overhead light.
Should get them in a few days, if everything fits good I will post the bulb model #.
Has anybody replaced the chart light? If so, what is a modern replacement?

Did not see the excact same grommets that was on my boat: 4”, 2 Piece, 4 holes on the Marine East page: Similar looking, but it did not say 4” outside diameter, unless I missed it, or previous owner changed the grommets along the way.

A track, snaps and 2 corner screws.
Will shoot detailed pictures next time I remove it.
