Sionyx Nightwave Mounting Options

Post by Buddy28TE »

Hi everyone, I wanted to get some advice on the placement of my newly acquired Sionyx Nightwave Camera. This is the unit that is normally fixed-mounted. I provided two different photos depicting the three spaces I think would be best. Please note that the unit must be mounted on a flat surface (front-sided up or upside down). My spotlight is the only potential issue with both options 1 and 2. Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

option 1 all day long - you don't want any background light bleeding into the scope. I found this can be an issue with my handheld Aurora

Out of curiosity, what MFD will you be running it through as my Axioms wont accept an analogue feed
