I'm in mystic, and one company van I see around is Cool Boats. I have no idea if they are any good or if they would go to RI. (wish I had more helpful info!) https://www.facebook.com/coolboats/

Is (was) the ACP pumping water but not getting cold air?
I had the coolant recharged on my Marine Air 10K btu unit three years ago.
Ocean Options (Tiverton) did the service.

note: At the end of this season I noticed that the drip-pan had rusted out.
I purchased a similar Dometic (retrofit) unit (Black Friday deal) and had it installed late-November.
