Loadmaster 300R615NB bunk measurements

Post by Rocky45 »

I just bought a 1999 Albin 28 TE, and I have the Loadmaster 300R615NB trailer but it was set up for my old boat - a Dyer 29 Trunk Cabin. I sold the Dyer and kept the loadmaster trailer. However, the bunk measurements are not the same for the Dyer 29 and Albin 28 TE. I called loadmaster (where I bought my trailer brand new for $14k in 2018) and asked them if they could please help me with a bunk adjustment for my new Albin 28 TE. In summary, they said no and that they wouldn't help me out. So, the first thing I did was check the archives in the Albin Owners group regarding this trailer hoping to find the measurements for the bunks, which I haven't found. It may be a long shot, but does anybody have those measurements for the Loadmaster 300R615NB to accomodate the Albin 28TE? Yes, I know I can put the boat in the water and keep trying to adjust the trailer but it is not as easy it sounds in Northwest Montana in October with winter creeping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

*Attached are some pictures of the trailer as it sits for the Dyer 29. It seems like there's a couple extra bunks compared to pacific trailers I've seen with Albin 28.

Hi Rocky, I have a 2005 28 TE sitting on a trailer at our place just south of Billings MT. You are more than welcome to come down and take measurements off my trailer
