This is Lake Tahoe Fresh water boat always winter stored inside in like New Condition. Boat has never been slept on & a day fisher. Has excellent Raymarine Electronics including depth finder, radar, auto pilot, diesel heat and diesel cook plate, bow thruster, solar panel with controls, all new AGM batteries 2021, refrigerator
2022 Ceramic Coating of entire exterior boat including lower blue color with 2021 Mercury outboard with
remote steering, start and speed control along with New Garmin auto pilot, plotter & remote handheld control.
Trailer has never been in the water with lift used to put boat in and out of water. This boat has the 315 Yanmar with has just over 700 hours since new and new 4 Cycle outboard with full controls just a partial season last summer and a couple trips out this season thus very few hours. The boat has a factory trolling valve and a separate auto pilot with plotter. Last we installed a specialty designed stainless steel mooring system at a cost of $3,500 that will hold the boat in any seas. I'm asking $149,000. Send me a private message. Howard Wells

Nancy nice to hear from you as well. I am well but rarely using the boat. Lake Tahoe is so clear you have to be on the water by 5am for a catch. That becomes more difficult by the year and it is difficult to get others out so
early. I expect to go back to a cruising boat of more size. This boat truly looks factory new as does the trailer.
When I purchased it the cushions were still in the plastic covers. The head and shower have never been used.
