Albin 30 window rubber gaskets

Post by Ed422 »

I'm not sure where this should go. 77 Albin 30, similar to the classic 25 and 27 footers. Only one window so far that has a problem, but with all the windows being 45 years old, I'd assume they will fail sometime. I may have to disassemble one to find the part I 'll need to search for, but on the offhand chance someone has a source or part number handy, I figured I'd ask. I'm going to need the rubber gasket that the glass fits in. Any suggestions before I take it apart?

Thanks in advance.

Ed, check this out

Read it all the way through. Apparently one supplier is no longer supplying.

Thanks! All my windows are glass. I’ll take out the one that’s leaking and see what I can find. That company seems like the place to look.

We should ask John Collins to add teh Albin 30. Certainly belongs with the 25/27

We should ask John Collins to add the Albin 30. Certainly belongs with the 25/27. Probably messing things up if he change the title of the forum? That said, I seen like 3 of them for sale in the last 5 years... There were 100 built all together.
