Peak fall colors! Nice shot. Always have to chuckle when I hear road trips referred to as "DA'in". Have fun!
Fall has arrived in AZ too. This week is the first time this season that highs are not exceeding 90 deg & lows are starting to dip below 70. No "DA'in" for us lately. Busy with other non boating stuff, plus I have the fuel tank out to install inspection ports for cleaning the inside, which will take some time to get that going. In all the years & "DA'in" I've never done anything with the fuel tank other than change filters & run 700+ hours worth of fuel through it since 2014. I'm afraid no future plans to "DA" back east again. San Juans, Gulf Islands, and Desolation Sound was, is, and will always be our favorite "DA" destination

Nancy, Sure did! He is still miserable after his escapades at the dam earlier this year but boxers can take some beating and recover. Lynn is such a nice guy. We are actually heading back there from Vergennes basin today. Just passed chipmans point. I think this is where you keep the boat? Weather for tomorrow looked miserable with 10 mph wind but great today and my favorite part is the narrow section between Whitehall and Chipmans point.

Vergennes basin...years ago, I owned a house nearly across from the city dock. What a view!
