31’ TE from Portland, OR

We purchased our 1997 Albin last fall and have spent all winter refurbishing her. We looked for a 31’ for a few years and found this one in our marina in Ilwaco, WA. It wasn’t for sale but my wife left a note on it and the owner at the time called and said he wants to sell! Just got her back from the boatyard last week. Still a lot of work we want to do but excited about all her future adventures! Currently moored in Portland, OR waiting for a larger slip to open up in Ilwaco.
