change your bow thruster feed cables over to the engine battery - mine does it now and then and i just need to get round to swapping the supply over so the thruster isn't on the same system as the electronics

I had that issue with my 31 and did exactly as Tree suggested. Problem solved.

shouldn't we be saying here that the gps supply ought to be connected to house batteries and thruster ought to be connected to engine bank? I'm trying to sort out the same issue.

That is correct .. That's the same as Tree described, wire it to the Starting Bank switch not the battery bank itself.

Got the same setup: Bow thruster get fed by the start battery and the windlass (and everything else) from the house bank.

Our 28.was setup with a group27 for the house and a 4d for starting. Switched it around so the 27 was the starting battery with the 4d for the house and didn’t have a problem after that.
