Replacement Bolsters/Coaming Pads for 31TE

Post by Albin31ARB »

I need to replace the bolsters on a 2005 31TE. The boat is located on the East End of Long Island. Does anyone have a recommendation for a canvas shop in the area?

Does anyone know if Bristol Cushions/Bristol Yacht Interiors is still around? I tried to contact them but my email was returned undeliverable. I would prefer to use someone who has the templates but that may not be possible.

Thanks,

Peter B

Bristol Cushions/Bristol Yacht Interiors is out of business. A couple of years ago, I was told that Steve, the original owner of Bristol Cushions, was working part-time at Ken's Canvas & Cushions.

I went on Ebay and custom ordered from user name kicky1966. I sent him measuremets of the bolsters and he did a great job making them.

If you have the old ones, any canvas shop can make your new ones. If the foam needs replacing, be sure to ask for closed cell foam so they don’t absorb water.
