Looking at an Albin 28 TE 1994
Where is the anchor chain stored?
On deck wells or Vberth locker?

On our '95, the anchor locker is all the way forward at the bow, and is accessible through either of the two hatches.

Same on our 2001:
Lots of storage for the anchor rode, big locker with 2 access hatches.
