Wow, that is a tough one..
You mean under the stanchion bases?
Gelcoat, fiberglass and it is hopefully solid glass with cored deck all around.
Or do you mean under the bow pulpit all the forward where the anchor is?
(Seems like solid fiberglass with stringers going aft: I can step on the anchor platform with my 220 lbs, solid as a rock)
