Slight thrust in neutral

Post by mprice85 »

Hi,

I have a ‘94 32+2 command bridge with a CAT 3116 (350 hp) with the reversing transmission. Since I’ve owned it and still now after a full transmission servicing the boat seems to have a slight thrust while the gear selector is in the neutral position. I only really notice it when backing into or tied up at a slip and while anchoring. Anyone had a similar situation and successfully eliminated it?
