Re-introdction

Post by jleonard »

Wow where does the time go? I am back now after a long absence...due to work changes, new house, yada, yada.

I am co-hosting the MTOA rendezvous this weekend at the Seaport in Mystic, Ct. That has also kept me busy.

Anyway, just wanted to say "I'm back".

Yes formerly the Marine Trader Owner's Association. However a few years ago it changed to Marine Trawlers since many of the members with similarly built boats had joined.
It's a great organization for someone doing or planning on doing lots of boat travel. It's national so there is a huge network.
The trademark is a "green turtle" that is pictured on the burgee....turtle because the boats are generally slow like mine  and cheap to run.
(we did however have one 42 Post attend our rendezvous....go figure.)
