Anyone run diesel additive?

I run this in my Chevy Diesel 2500HD pickup.

Any reason not to use in in the Yanmar?

How about diesel injector cleaner?

Thanks!

The only things i add are Biobor biocide and Startron Enzyme. The Biobor is twice a year, when it goes in and when it comes out. The Startron is every 1-3 fill ups.

I use the Stanadyne Performance Formula at every fill up for my Yanmar. I've tried their injector cleaner once, but it didn't do much - my injectors were pretty fouled when I had them pulled and cleaned last year. Not sure if the previous owners ever serviced them.

We alternate Stanadyne and FPPF Fuel Power + Cetane Booster at every fill-up for our Yanmar.

I use LE Full Torque additive. The local fuel supplier has biocide already. This adds support for our valve guides.

I was listening to a guy who had a weekend show discussing diesel trucks. He had no affiliation with Stanadyne, but as a mechanic & engine rebuilder said it was the best additive out there by far.

I’m not sure how much difference it makes in my Chevy, but hoping it’ll simply buy me more miles over time. Just shy of 200k now and promised myself I’d keep it to 300k.
