Would be interested in the fall, maybe Oct, when it cools down. I know there's a few boats nearby, but only one AOG, we'll see if anything surfaces.

I would come to a rendezvous in New Bern--especially in the Fall. Bring it on!

Would love to rendezvous if I can find the right 28. One failed survey so far. May make an offer on another next week.

Kevin G: Thanks for remembering, but this weekend is too short a notice for me. Perhaps another time. Thanks again. John

Well it's October already, but I'm stuck without one of my engines. Port engine has been down for repair for five weeks already and maybe two more to go. Rusted out exhaust elbow had to be custom fabricated, was ready to go in today, but 3 of 4 studs stuck in turbocharger, so mechanic removed and took the works back to the shop. No fun.

An Indian Summer rendezvous is eastern NC could be wonderful. Weather situation would require ability to meet with short notice. But, is that possible?

A rendezvous in the fall would be awesome--maybe next year? It seems like the holidays are approaching way too quickly for this year. I had started to plan a get-together a couple years ago but got so busy with other stuff that I just didn't have the time and energy to devote to it.

Marko--bummer about your engine problems. We see your boat every time we go to Persimmons. Maybe we will see you on the water one of these days!

Can we get these posts displayed in a NC RENDEZVOUS thread? Sounds like there are enough Albins in the state to have a successful meet in 2013.
