seeking Albin 25 ventilator / headliner

Post by Sunsetrider »

The PO (or rather his child) dropped the front port ventilator into the water, so the opening is now patched with a solid cover. I would love to replace it and I wonder whether anyone is aware of a product that might perform the function (and fit the opening).

Second question - the A25s seem to come with no headliner in the main cabin. Do folks tend to put headliners in? There seems to be a number of foam-backed headliners on the market.

I think it's called a deck ventilator.

Beckson Vent-O-Mate ventilator. Available in white or black plastic or with a stainless steel cover. Defender probably has them. The original ventilator hole in the A-25 was a 3" opening. If you want to get fancy, look into Nicro Day/Night solar vent. Also available in plain plastic or stainless. The Nicro is overpriced and poorly made. Don't expect to get more than a year or two out of your $179 investment.
